Tai Chi Intro: Learn the basics of this life altering discipline.
Tai Chi: Excellent form of mind & body fitness for all ages and fitness levels; promotes good health.
Fitness is Fun: Get your cardio workout and improve your strength and balance with music!
Line Dancing: Move your bodies and engage your brains as we “move and groove” to music. No experience necessary!
Chair Yoga: Yoga for EVERY body! This is a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance. Chair yoga can help improve muscle strength, flexibility, and balance capabilities.
Parkinson's Mobility Class: Come take a class designed specifically for persons with Parkinson's Disease. This class is appropriate for all with mobility concerns. The will focus on balance, strength, speech and power. We will use some traditional and unique equipment to gain positive outcomes.
Get Up and Go!: This easy to follow fun class will provide strength and resistance moves for a full body workout. We'll use bands, chairs, walls and weights to work on increasing strength and endurance.
Mindful Meditation: A guided session practicing mindfulness using breathing methods and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

Too hot or too cold outside and you want to get some exercise? Stop into the RCC DAILY from 8am-9am for open walking hours in one of the Community Rooms to get your steps in! No need to register, just stop in! Bring a friend or two if you’d like!
