Workout in the comfort of your own home with our virtual classes or sign up for an In Person class if you prefer to come to us!

Virtual Class are held live via ZOOM. ZOOM link will be on your receipt! Log on to ZOOM at the day and time of your class to participate in a live class. All Virtual Classes are taught by Personal Euphoria. They require a waiver filled out yearly to participate please see attached form below for additional info.

Cancellations due to weather will be posted on our cancellation line 860-652-7689 or you may sign up for our weather cancellation e-notification list and then you will receive an email about classes cancelled due to weather.
