Adult Man Doing Laps In The Pool
This clinic is designed where competitive swimmers get to pick which skills to focus on. Each week targets a specific stroke/skill. You can sign up for one or all weeks depending on what you are looking for.
Clinics will meet on Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays from 4:45-5:45 p.m. at the Glastonbury High School. (except the last week which will meet on Tuesday & Wednesday.)
Programs start April 16th.

Please Note: Participants must have completed Level 4.

Week 1: Butterfly
Week 2: Backstroke
Week 3: Breaststroke
Week 4: Starts
Week 5: Turns
Week 6: Freestyle.
Note:  This is not a swim lesson program.
