Part of the National USA Swimming program. CT USA Swimming membership is required. Meets held on weekends at various locations throughout CT. Summer Recreation Team is included with your registration.

Practices:
Spring practices are anticipated to be Monday-Friday 5:30-7:30 p.m. & Saturdays 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Summer practices are anticipated to be be at Addison Pool 7:15-9:15 a.m., Monday-Friday and Terry Pool in East Hartford Tuesday, Thursday & Friday evenings 6:30-8:30 p.m.
