Summer Recreation Swim Team Practice Group
(Youth ages 7-19)
This program focuses on getting swimmers ready for the fall/winter season. Stroke technique, endurance training, starts and turns will be reviewed. A mock meet planned for the end of the program.

Afternoon practices GHS Pool 4:00-5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Fee: $199/pp.

College USA Long Course

College students ages 17-21 may participate in the long course program starting in May after the completion of spring semester. Summer USA Meet fees will apply as appropriate Swimmers will be required to obtain a USA membership. Participants can practice at The GHS Pool during school until school is out Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 2:45-5:15 p.m. and during the summer, Addison Pool from 7:00-9:15A M-F and Terry Pool on two evenings’ per week (TBD)
Fee: $550/pp.
