Free Intro to Yoga Class with Gina
Good balance, flexibility and posture are important at every age; however, they are even more crucial as we grow older. This yoga class will concentrate on improved flexibility, posture and balance through yoga poses. The class will be a relaxing beginner level flow to improve mind, body, & spirit. Please bring your own Yoga mat!
