Aqua Boot Camp
Aqua Bootcamp is a high-energy, full-body workout that pushes your fitness to the next level—without the joint strain of land-based training. This class combines interval-based cardio and strength exercises using resistance aqua dumbbells, lap swimming, water treading, and pool wall drills to challenge your endurance, power, and coordination. You'll build strength, burn calories, and improve cardiovascular fitness in a dynamic aquatic environment that’s both supportive and intense. Perfect for those looking to level up their water workouts or cross-train with low impact, high results. Disclaimer: Participants must be able to swim laps unassisted and tread water continuously for at least 2 minutes. This class involves deep water activities and is not suitable for non-swimmers or those uncomfortable in deeper sections of the pool. The High School pool is kept at a temperature of approximately 78 degrees.
