We will use some traditional and unique equipment to gain positive outcomes. Get Up and Go!: This easy to follow fun class will provide strength and resistance moves for a full body workout. We'll use bands, chairs, walls and weights to work on increasing strength and endurance. Mindful Meditation: A guided session practicing mindfulness using breathing methods and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.Indoor Walking at the RCC:Too hot or too cold outside and you want to get some exercise? Stop into the RCC DAILY from 8am-9am for open walking hours in one of the Community Rooms to get your steps in! No need to register, just stop in! Bring a friend or two if you’d like!
