Parks and Recreation Cancelation and Refund Policy

How Do I Cancel?
In response to the increased volume of program offerings, we are implementing a more streamlined process for program cancellations to better serve our participants.

Program cancelation requests will only be accepted using our Program Cancelation Request form. This process is designed to make program cancelations more convenient and efficient for our participants, minimize errors, ensuring that cancelations are processed accurately, and to facilitate a smooth refund eligibility process.

Senior Services Refund Policy
All trips are non-refundable unless there is a waitlist and a replacement can be found. If minimums are not met, and the trip is canceled, payment will be refunded. All classes are subject to cancellation if not enough students are enrolled at the time of the first class.  Please Note:  If participants do not sign up by the first day of the month in which the class begins, a late fee of $5.00 will be assessed. Registrations made on the first day of class will be assessed at a higher fee of $10.00.
 
Individuals may try any exercise/dance class (at no cost) prior to registering for the class.  Refunds to participants will be made for medical reasons only and cannot be prorated once the class has begun.  Documentation from a medical professional is required for all refunds.
