Fee Schedule
If your reservation request is accepted, your Reservation Fee of $250 is due within 5 business days. You may pay this online or by calling 860-652-7678. If payment is not received within 5 days, your reservation will be canceled, and rescheduling will be based on availability.

CANCELATION, WEATHER & REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be given, in any amount, for cancelations or failure to show on the reserved rental date. All cancelations must be submitted in writing. Confirmation of said cancelation will be documented by Parks and Recreation staff and a notice of cancelation will be sent via email. JB Williams Park does not close due to inclement weather; therefore no refunds will be given to any pavilion rentals due to inclement weather. Due to high demand and limited availability, we do not allow holds for rain dates.
