This is a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance. Chair  yoga can help improve muscle strength, flexibility, and balance capabilities.       Parkinson's Mobility Class: Come take a class designed specifically for persons with Parkinson's Disease. This class is appropriate for all with mobility concerns. The will focus on balance, strength, speech and power. We will use some traditional and unique equipment to gain positive outcomes. Get Up and Go!: This easy to follow fun class will provide strength and resistance moves for a full body workout.
